The landscaping scheme as approved under application P/18/0216/2 shall be fully completed, in accordance with the agreed details n the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by the local planning authority.   • Name5. Minimum visibility splays of 2.4 m by 65 m shall be provided in each direction out of the site access junction on to Rempstone Road.
